All individuals from Hapugastalawa who have passed the G.C.E. Advanced Level examination and are currently pursuing a degree at a government university recognized by the University Grants Commission are eligible for membership.

who have passed the G.C.E. Advanced Level examination and have completed a degree at a government university recognized by the University Grants Commission will continue to be considered members of the organization for 20 years from the date of completing their degree.

If a person from outside Hapugastalawa possesses the above qualifications and has studied at Al Minhaj National School, they are also admitted as a member of the organization.
